My new bike arrived within a week and took less than an hour to set up using the full complement of tools provided. It was extremely well packed for transit which I liked. And the delivery company was very communicative. I’ve been on a couple of rides and it is a very comfy ride. It is a little heavier than expected and I did struggle slightly getting it into the boot of my car. But I did get it done and can’t wait to take it on holiday over the bank holiday.
The advertisement is misleading. It says 100 miles of range, but in real use I’m getting around 20-30 miles maximum. The bike is also much heavier than expected and quite noisy when riding. Once the battery runs out, it’s extremely difficult to ride because of the weight, and I ended up needing a van to transport it. Very disappointed with the actual range, weight, noise and overall practicality.
Both arrived when stated and packed well , was straight forward to assemble and was well surprised of the size and quality of the bikes . We were both really happy with them and been out every day on them . All in all they are brilliant bikes !
Had to get used to it had a bigger bike before bit wobbly the gears had to be put right at Halford cost me £30 pounds it's fine now nice and smooth thanks..
Very pleased with this bike, does just what I want. Use it a lot for shopping so have customised it a bit with a side pannier lockable top box also modified the rack a little. Carries my shopping with no problem.
I mainly ride recumbent bikes for their comfort over long distances, but for short trips bobbing to the shops and around town this bike is perfect me as no more sweating up the big hills where I live (think White Cliffs of Dover 😅) I have the bike set up as a utility bike to carry shopping, my hubby also bought one and he has said they will be handy for taking out in the car and exploring different areas. The bike is quite heavy to manoeuvre but it's no problem with the electric assist which is very effective. I hope to get a lot of miles happy miles out of my Engwe 🚴♀️⚡
Had my L20 se nearly 2 yr now. Great bike I do 2-3 mile a day on it. Never let me down yet. I tow a trailer to collect logs from fallen trees. Great work horses
Very easy to order via website. Order was confirmed as soon as the order was placed.
There was a few days with no comunication, but within the week there was very good comunication from the delivery team.
The bike was delivered within 5 days and very well packaged.

Your ebike is far far better tyI was expecting. The build quality is second to none. Courler of the bike is stunning and the price is great value. Well done, I look forward to years of fun. I have added a suspension post just to make it perfect.

This bike is absolutely amazing to ride with quick shift gear changing which very responsive , I see all pros to this bike, the menu screen is easy to read, the torque and cadence sensor very good, but it might be even better if you can include a crossbar version in the future with 4 inch fat tires, the lights are amazingly bright at night so overall I would rate this bike the lankeleisi mg600 lite excellent means of transportation thank you very much
We are taking these tow ebikes on a road trip around Europe in our Skoda Enyaq EV - we think that they will enable us to explore whle the car is charging at our overnight stopping points - perfect!
I really like this bike . I managed to put it together myself but I followed the process on YouTube as the instructions which come with it do not explain how to assemble the bike.
My major concern is I was naive in thinking I would be able to lift this bike easily. I struggle getting up stairs to my flat. I do take the battery out whilst doing this and I didn't attach the metal basket as this is a solid piece of equipment.
If you have a garage or keep it downstairs fantastic.
The bike is much heavier than I expected
I have to remove the battery to be able to lift it into the car, however that’s because you get a very substantial and powerful bike
I love the bike
The ordering experience was simple and the delivery was well managed with very good communications from all sides. The bike was delivered exactly on time.
The bicycle comes a complete set of tools which really helped the assembly proccess. It was a little fiddly but not too difficult and took about 1 and a half hours from Unboxing to first ride.
The riding experience is a joy, once you get used to it. It was "odd" to me (but normal on many bikes) that the front luggage rack was part of the frame rather than the steering. A minor thing tho.
Being a newby it took me a while to get used the motor and how it uses your cadence to jump in and out. I would have liked a little more over run when i freewheel. So far I have only used it fairly short journeys and one at 15 miles. All of that was from one full charge and the battery is still showing 75%.
Overall i very happy
Powerful bike. Comfortable seat and handle bars. Good suspension. Battery lasts a good while. Easy to assemble and fold. Quite heavy to lift in and out cars though.
The box came pretty beaten up - but the bike was so well packed, that it was absolutely fine.
The only con I've noticed so far, is squealing breaks - but this is merely a matter of adjustment, so no bother.
Managed to carry me (70kg) and all my camping gear (80kg), 15 miles, against a strong wind, along a hilly coastal path. So needless to say; You can take this wee beast for quite the test! That's 185kg roughly.. if you factor in the weight of the bike. Not bad going, for a entry level e-bike.
I am very impressed with this bike and Buybestgear are awesome! Once the breaks have been adjusted/worn in and the annoying sound has gone away, I see this bike being my go to for everyday commuting! Already prefer it over my Carrera hybrid bike.. much more comfortable riding Position.
After years of not riding a bike, as my knees would hurt for days after, I'm so glad I got this bike, it's effortless on the roads I need it to be and easy pedal when I don't need as much assist, also great with the push assist getting me over the flyover bridge.. There is nothing I dislike with this bike, great value and I'm out in the wild again...
Great experience buying two electric bikes, to be honest we weren’t expecting them to be as good as they are, easy to ride, plenty of power to the pedals and very comfy to ride.
Better than expected . Watched YouTube video to put together and was great to follow instructions . My wife was very pleased as a birthday present used straight away . Highly recommend for a first e- bike will be using on or camper van travels
